There is a family of cats living in my alleyway. Four of the kittens are identical, pure white with a grey spot on the forehead, and one is calico. It's Impossible to get them all in the frame at the same time. The girl next door feeds them regularly, and has really made a home for them out there. There is a broken window into my basement that has been a catport for years. I made a bed out of old fabric and newspaper on the shelves just inside the window for them to pass the winter on. And now there's all these kittens this spring! |

Okay so they're not quite identical. The one on the stairs is a shorthair, and the one in the foreground has little or no grey on it's forehead. |
| This is the calico kitten. I know it looks full grown, but it was early and it hadn't had time to brush. | ![]() |

This is the mom. The father is pure white with wide set eyes and has been around the alley for about two years. |
| Their favorite thing to do is to hide under the stairs and not let me take pictures of them. | ![]() |

And nap. |
| Sometimes one of them will take it upn themselves to guard my motorcycle. | ![]() |
